Who this is about

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and the message you write. That’s it. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your details solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on any conversation or work that follows from it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and — where it leads to a project — taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who else touches it

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Their servers are outside the UK, so sending the form involves a transfer of your message abroad. Web3Forms does not retain the message after it has been delivered; see their privacy policy. If you email us directly instead, your message is handled by our email provider, Proton.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email account for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that comes of it, and is deleted after that. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to us holding it — just email the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
